Remidi Professional Supplements was founded based on the needs of a Toronto Naturopathic Doctor to provide a high quality, high potency and all natural probiotic to help his patients who were diagnosed with Candidiasis. The current strains of probiotics available on the market were not resolving his patients health issues so in early 2008 he decided to research the microbiomes and realized through his research that the doses and administration of probiotics were incorrect. What he realized was that probiotics first off had to be administered on an empty stomach as bile acids and digestive enzymes are released when eating and this tends to destroy the sensitive nature of probiotics if taken with food. Through research he also came to the conclusion that probiotics should be in a time released capsule as to ensure survivability into the small intestine. Through further research the team at Remidi Professional Supplements he also discovered that the different strains of probiotics play different roles in our health. Following this, Remidi spent approximately 2 years to develop PB-70 as a probiotic that would assist patients across the board with a wide range of health issues.
